Terms & Conditions (what you need to know)

The promotor of this competition is Brew 61, based at Greenfields Farm, Upton Warren, Bromsgrove, B61 7EZ.

The competition opens on Tuesday 1st March and closes at 11.59pm on Tuesday 22nd March.

You must be 18 years of age or over and resident in the UK to enter.

Only one entry per person; bulk entries made by third parties are not permitted.

You are not permitted to enter if you are our employee or a direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise associated with the competition.

No purchase necessary to enter.

You must enter the competition on either our Facebook page (@brew61) or Instagram page (brew_61), commenting on the competition post with your name for our Jubilee Bitter and using the hashtag #brew61jubilee

Your name for our new Best Bitter should reflect our farming heritage with a royal / platinum jubilee twist.

Following the closing date one entry will be selected as the winner by a team of Brew 61 staff and the winner will be notified by private message on the platform used for entering.

If the winner does not respond to our message within 48 hours we reserved the right to select an alternative winner from the entries received.

The decision of the winning beer name is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is a mixed case of Brew61 beers plus 6 bottles of the new Jubilee Best Bitter. We will notify the winner when the prize is ready for collection. The winner must collect from our Brewery in Bromsgrove. The date of collection will be subject to labelling and bottling timescales once the Jubilee name has been chosen.

There is no cash or alternative prize.

You agree that if you are a winner, you will take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name, photograph and any comments in such publicity without any fee being payable.

We reserve the right to disqualify individuals from the competition if the entry is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, offensive, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership, corporation or entity.

Changes to the promotion – We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this competition, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering you agree to release Facebook or Instagram of any liability caused in respect of this Competition.
